The broad objectives of the Youth Leadership Athens Program include:
- To assist students in developing and/or enhancing their leadership skills;
- To provide an opportunity for students to network with adults and with other students from both the same and different schools;
- To assist students in developing an internal sense of community and an awareness of community issues; and
- To motivate students to channel leadership skills toward helping others and improving their community.
